Basics here, I will show you the common mistake when people use the foam roller, yoga massage balls, pilates roller, trigger points, tender points treatments, trigger point massage, deep tissue massage etc. You should squeeze the waste out of the tissue, not squeeze it out and again in the tissue. So you use the trigger point therapy, fascia therapy, and self-treatment optimal. You don't recommend putting the pressure on the legs downward, which increases the risk of varicose veins. That is why you use the milk method. Always ask your therapist if this is suitable for you.
